The Opportunity

The Taluka Executive Officers in the Talukas / Districts of Maharashtra will work closely on different business models in villages and empower the rural people as per the company’s project initiatives.

Education Qualification / Required Skills & Experience

Education Qualification

  • Minimum HSC

Age Criteria:
  • Not less than 25 years and not exceeding 45 years

Experience needed:-
  • 03 years of experience working in the rural areas in Maharashtra, should have expertise in Sales & Marketing, capacity development, programme or strategy implementation, evaluation.

  • Experience in working with government institutions, and/or NGOs is an asset.

  • Should have knowledge about Economic, development studies, political science, public administration, statistics, evaluation, public policy studies, governance, management, social sciences, Health and Sanitation, organizational management or other closely related disciplines to rural development

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from different backgrounds to deliver quality products within a short timeframe

  • Demonstrates flexibility in the event adjustments are required based on the findings, both at the organizational and technical levels, for successful implementation of the assignment.

Skills required:
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Marathi is required. Aspirants are required to submit writing sample for any assignment they have completed in their previous work experience

  • Proficiency in MS office.

  • Experience in managing a team is essential

  • Aspirants with Two wheelers preferred

Tasks of Taluka Executive Officers
  • He / She shall understand the different business modules, related concepts and details in the inductions that the company will arrange at regular intervals.

  • He / She shall approach Community Halls, Municipal Halls, Banquets and tie-up with them for seminars at best rates

  • He / She will accordingly source participants for seminars (Minimum 500 people per seminar) twice a month at Taluka level

  • He / She shall work on lead generation through networking & email marketing of franchisees for RKF SuperMart. Thereafter they will work on assessment to convert the potential lead.

  • He /She may continue to support franchisees after they join the franchise network, providing ongoing assistance and guidance.

  • He /She will promote the Franchisee’s products & services in the villages an ensure to get maximum subscriptions & sales under different schemes that would be launched from time to time.

  • He / She shall onboard local grocery shops onto company’s software and enhance merchant engagement.

  • He / She shall meet & explain the importance & benefits of our EDP training modules to aspiring individuals.

  • He / She shall manage a team of VLE & VLM by allocating tasks, take their reporting on daily basis and submit them to the higherups as per requirements

  • He / She shall train and educate the VLE & VLM on upcoming projects and monitor their performance.

  • He / She shall conduct awareness & membership drive for onboarding individuals, small business units & exhibitors

  • He / She shall Onboard & Strengthen Community based organizations including women-led community institutions (Self- help groups, FPC / FPO, NGOs, Cooperatives, Educational Institutions) to achieve objectives of the foundation.

  • He / She shall ensure and liaise with the local government administrations and affiliate organizations to facilitate convergence and ensure spreading of awareness about Edp modules & get the field team involved for implementation of the same.

  • He / She shall prepare plans as per requirement for development of villages as per Company’s projects

  • He / She shall identify skill gaps and prepare capacity-building plans that could be implemented through government schemes and programs with the support of project stakeholders

  • He / She shall coordinate and monitor Improving key performance indicators (KPIs) of the project

  • He / She shall coordinate with local administration to develop and implement integrated Village Development Plan on sectors i.e. Agriculture and agriculture allied sectors, Rural Housing sectors, Rural Health Sector, Education Sector, Livelihood Sector, and Special Sectors.

  • He / She shall study the Agenda for Sustainable Development as adopted by all United Nations

  • He / She will work towards developing an international footprint of the organization by understanding the importance of Foreign affairs, establishing collaborations and partnerships and leveraging their expertise to address global issues.

  • He / She shall work towards the Sustainable and Captive farming practices

  • He / She shall focus on Socio-economic and rural transformation to achieve the objectives

  • He / She shall promote livelihood intervention in close coordination with MSRLM, MAVIM and other livelihood initiatives of GoM and GOI.

  • He / She shall ensure timely submit data, report and information on MIS platforms developed for the purpose of project implementation as per Company’s policy

  • He / She shall organize social welfare camps periodically as per company’s plans

  • He / She shall plan and implement Community engagement programs at the Taluka level

  • He / She shall work closely with Development partners / Donor partners to promote social and financial inclusion schemes of the GoM and GOI, linking FPOs and SHGs for promoting entrepreneurship and livelihood activities to contribute local employment creation.

  • He / She shall create, and maintain program documentation, best practices, lessons learnt, and success stories.

  • He / She shall promote formation of Farmers Producer Companies, Cluster level federations etc.

  • He / She shall promote and strengthen community-based organizations of Women and girls

  • He / She shall work towards Financial inclusion and literacy of the Community based organizations

  • He / She shall work for Advancing gender equality across the sphere e.g., sustainable agriculture and Agri allied sectors (animal husbandry, dairy and fisheries)

  • He / She shall work for promoting access to small and micro entrepreneurship program and developing enterprises

  • He / She shall work towards building capacities of the key stakeholder of Gram Panchayat, Taluka Panchayat and District Zilla Parishad on various profession skills that are required for the implementation of

  • He / She shall organize exhibitions, trade fairs on the district level.

  • He / She shall work on CSR initiatives
