Cancellation/Refund Policy
At Rajesh Kaithwas Foundation, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our transactions. As a non-profit organization, most of our programs and services are offered free of cost or at a nominal fee to cover administrative expenses. However, in cases where fees are applicable for specific workshops, training sessions, or certifications, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:
Cancellations by Participants:
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@rkfindia.org.
If a cancellation request is received at least 30 days prior to the start of the program, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the program will be eligible for a 30% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 Days of the start of the program.
Cancellations by the Foundation:
In the unlikely event that a program is canceled or postponed by the Rajesh Kaithwas Foundation, participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
